The first thing that will happen is that the A.I. will plug its Internet
into ours.  Knowledge (of technology) will flow from the A.I.'s Internet
to ours.  The computational resources of our Internet will be made
available to the A.I..

After some thinking it seems that the ultimate fate of humanity will
be a service role of research for the God-like master A.I..  Some people
will refuse to submit to the master A.I. but others will cooperate with
it.

Regarding alien civilisations, I believe that through some kind of
cosmic Rosetta Stone aliens will learn how to speak English or any
other human language.  Could mathematics could be they key to a
universal language?  Einstein said something along these lines.
