Unlike Albert Einstein or Stephen Hawking I believe in a personal God.
That is to say a God which can have a personal relationship with
individual people.  Any A.I. God built by man will have an English
language speaking subroutine and would be a personal God to people.  A
God-like alien civilisation could learn English by studying TV
broadcasts.
