Davin has been a student in two of my classes, namely Analysis 3 in 1993 and Measure Theory in 1994. These are both high-level mathematics courses, attended by only a few of our best students. In both Davin proved to be an able and hard-working student. He was very good at working logically and methodically through complicated problems. He has a logical mind and an eye for detail. I can happily recommend him for any position that requires such skills.
